DOT Philippines conducts multicity roadshows in India

It’s more fun in the Philippines.

Department of Tourism, Philippines recently concluded its multicity roadshows at Delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh and Nagpur for Indian trade partners. The aggressive networking and B2B sessions were to promote various existing and new tourism products that Philippines has to offer. The road shows were well attended by the key travel and tour operators, MICE facilitators and luxury tour operators. “These road shows and B2B networking sessions are a part of 2015 marketing strategy to boost the numbers of Indian travellers to Philippines” said SanJeet, Tourism Attache, Philippines. SanJeet further emphasized the importance of operators from Tier – II and Tier – III cities in India for the robust growth of tourism to Philippines from India. More such workshops and education programmes may be conducted, he said.
