To offer even more flexibility to its customers about their existing bookings, Singapore Airlines further updated its travel waiver policy yesterday.

Passenger who bought a Singapore Airlines or SilkAir ticket through a travel agent or directly with the airline, may be eligible to get flight credits to retain the value of their ticket plus also enjoy bonus credit value while re-booking. They also can opt for a refund, though it may be subject to extra ordinary delays due to current situation.
