CAG statement added "Even as terminal operations are scaled down during this period, CAG continues to work closely with its airline and airport partners and stands ready to restart operations at Terminal 4 as soon as a sufficient number of flights return to the terminal." Stores and restaurants in Terminal 4 will also be closed and shuttle bus service connecting Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 will also be suspended until operations resume. CAG added food and beverage outlets at Changi Airports other terminals are still open for takeaways, and essential services such as pharmacies are still open to serve airport staff members and the public in the airport's public areas.
